With parts of Northern Italy in lockdown and cases in Ireland rising every day, it seems like there’s no getting away from hearing all about the coronavirus.
But self isolating for 14 days? It’s a bit much, isn’t it? How boring is that? For an extrovert like me, really boring.
So what can you do, apart from be ill?
Learn stuff online! That’s what.
Online learning is massive and there’s a course for pretty much anything that takes your fancy.
You can do it in your own time, in your pj’s in the comfort of your own home. You can even learn from your bed.
One such course I recommend is “How to interview candidates for a job”.
I am biased though. We are all biased.
My interview skills course will tell you that. I wrote it and I’m now aware of my bias towards my own course.
The more we can be aware of our biases, (especially confirmation bias) the better our interview skills are.
In this course, I walk you through each step of the interview process.
What you get in how to interview candidates for a job
From prepping the interview questions and candidate interactions to making the job offer and on-boarding your superstar. This course provides you with the system you need to easily weed out unsuitable candidates and select with confidence and ease.
You will learn best practice techniques and candidate evaluation.
You’ll learn how to avoid time wasting and expensive hiring mistakes, repuation damage and lawsuits.
You get a downloadable interview questions template to populate with your questions as we walk through the training.
Imagine how it’s going to feel to be able to go back to work after 14 days and know exactly what to do when you interview!
Imagine how it feels to know that you’re getting the best from the candidates and will make fully informed hiring decisions.
People will wonder where you got your superpowers from.
You can tell them it’s me.
You’re welcome 🙂
With big boss level love from:-

Ps. I hope you get better (at interviewing) soon . 😉
